The CHIETA is looking for a UI/UX designing service provider to turn our software into easy-to-use applications. The services required will encompass all CHIETA applications in use and any prospective system developments that CHIETA will embark on. The services of a UI/UX will be required on as and when basis for a period of two (02) years.

CHIETA-CRM-09- 2024-2025-12 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FROM SERVICE PROVIDERS TO PROVIDE A CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGEMENT (CRM) SYSTEM FOR CHIETA FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS.

The CHIETA services have been over welcomed by several initiatives that needs an effective monitoring tool such as a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Customer relationship management (CRM) systems are commonly used to monitor activities by tracking interactions with key CHIETA stakeholders and does result into the effectiveness and efficiency. A Specialised CRM systems is an important tool designed to capture and record all interactions with key stakeholders and potential stakeholder.

The CHIETA is seeking to enhance its customer service capabilities through the development of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. This system will be integral to managing telephone/call management, query resolution, email tracking, and generating reports at the end of each month. The CHIETA hereby invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the development of this CRM system.

RFQ NUMBER: CHIETA-SCS-08- 2024/2025-01

CHIETA Governing Board Secretariat Services for a Period of Two (02) Years.

The CHIETA seeks to appoint the services of a professional minute taker for specific selected
CHIETA Governance and Organisational meetings as per the CHIETA Calendar. The Calendar will be provided to the recommended and awarded secretaire service provider.


The service provider will be required to provide quality and timeous compilation of draft minutes and resolution of identified meetings within a seven (7) working day turnaround time from the date of a particular meeting. The service provider will also be expected to record all meetings and provide recordings to CHIETA within the above-mentioned 7-day turnaround period. If required verbatim minutes can also be required from time to time and must be quoted separately.
Flexibility will also be required of special governing body (CHIETA Board) meetings that are requested outside of the scheduled meetings within the CHIETA Corporate Calendar if and where relevant and in line with business requirements.

Conflict of Interest Declaration and Board Payment Management Services for a Period of Three (03) Years.

The CHIETA requires services of a reputable service provider to assist the organisation with employee conflict of interest declaration (CAATS). CHIETA has 204 employees who annually submit their declaration of interest. CHIETA thus require services of a reputable service provider to assist with completeness of employee annual declaration through CAATS. Service provider will be required to conduct annual CAATs data for conflict of interest on a yearly basis for a period of three (3) years, and assist with governing expense management platform for a period of three years.
