The CHIETA requires services of professional photographer to assist with provision of photographer’s services for a period of two years on as and when basis including digital corporate portrait photo shoot for the year.
The professional photographer will be expected to render the following:
SCOPE OF WORK
3.1. Digital Corporate Portrait photographs
• Head-and-shoulder photograph
• Full head and shoulder visibility
• Group photo shoot (Management and Board)
• Plain standard portrait background
• Full colour photographs
• 300 dots per inch (dpi)
• At least 4 X 6 inches at 300 dpi
• Editing and cleaning up of photographs and sending them 2 hours after the event
• No unusual cropping
• Photographs in HD format
3.2. Acceptable File Formats
• JPEG
• JPEG 2000
3.3. Acceptable Media
• WhatsApp link of pictures
• Update photo digital folder with pictures soon after completion
3.4. Special requirements
• Photographs sent via WhatsApp and photo digital link.
• Edited photographs to be sent via link/ WhatsApp 2 hours after the event.
