Dear Valued Stakeholder
Over the past few months, the Department of Higher Education has been transferring the skills levies without providing the SETAS with the employer files (levy downloads). The levy download files are a prerequisite for us to disburse mandatory grants. We have been advised that this technical challenge will be addressed soon and it is expected that payments will be made with the minimum of delay once this information is made available. Attached herewith is correspondence from DHET.
The CHIETA would like to apologise for inconvenience caused as a result of this technical glitch.
